This fortress, restored
first once in 1906 and again in the course of restoration, belonged
to the counts de Bigorre, to king de France, to Prince Noir, in
Gaston Phoebus, at Henri IV Six rooms present a folk and historical
museum. The heraldic flagstone carries the gallant and mysterious
currency: "I ay smart ladies".
Casteland.com particularly
thanks the conservative for the castle for the photographs as well
as the information on this one.
