Castle of Queribus

Following one different with the author of certain cards, which we will not quote, we are obliged to withdraw the whole of the texts and photographs of this monument.

Nested on a vertiginous rocky peak, the fortress of Quéribus watches over a pass called “Grau de Maury” for nearly a thousand years. Of its mess of terraces and staircases suspended over the abyss, the glance searches far towards the East. The plain of Roussillon spreads below, immense and bottomless. In the far distance, the generous Southern sun makes the bluish reflections of the Mediterranean Sea sparkle.

The castle is open all days :

- In February of 10h00 with 17h30
- In Mars of 10h00 with 18h00
- on April 1 at June 30 and any September of 9h30 with 19h
- on July 1 at August 31 of 9h with 20h
- In October of 10h00 with 18h30
- In November and December of 10h with 17h

The castle is closed all January

Tariffs:
- Adults: 4 €
- Children: 2 € (from 6 to 15 years)
- Groups: 3,5 € (20 people and more)
