The castle of Chinon, in spite of too vigorous restorations which make often difficult the analysis, constitutes a major site by the variety of the times represented. Castle of the counts de Blois to the royal palate, three architectures are essential: the Plantagenêt fortification, the fortification philippienne, to finish by the royal residence.

- on October 1 at March 31 of 9h30 at 17h

The castle is closed on December 25 and January 1.
